Hi, I’m Sophie. My doors are always open to new clients seeking a safe and warm space to begin a positive journey towards change. I help my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. I support people with their personal relationships and everyday functioning.
My calm and friendly nature means I intuitively create a comfortable space for clients to share and open up. I slowly introduce strategies that address the skill set as well as the mindset needed to encourage personal growth.
My top priority is to establish respectful relationships with my clients. With this open-minded approach I create a personalised path to resolve various issues for adolescents and adults.

Sophie is an accredited member of the Australian Counselling Association (L2). She has a Graduate Diploma of Counselling with the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) and a Master of Counselling (Monash University). She is accredited by Psychology Today and Good Therapy Australia. Sophie also holds a BA-BCMS with RMIT. Sophie has also completed the Mental Health First Aid Training Course with MHFA. Sophie is also the recommended counsellor with Aleph Melbourne.
